Sonidosaurus was a genus of sauropod dinosaur that lived in the Late Cretaceous. It was a titanosaur dinosaur that lived in what is now Inner Mongolia.
Compared to sauropods, Sonidosaurus has a small head. It was a large dinosaur that walked on four legs. It was a plant-eating dinosaur whose teeth were somewhat spatulate or peg- or pencil-like, but were always very small. It had a long neck of medium length for sauropods and a whip-like tail, although not as long as in diplodocids. The forelimbs were stout and longer than the hind limbs. Other than that, information about them was unknown.
It is estimated that Sonidosaurus was about nine meters long.
