Terms of Service

The ABCDino.com application ("Application") and the website ("Site") are mobile platforms operated by ABCDino.com. They constitute a communication platform designed for the exchange of information, opinions and comments on content of a medical nature available on the Internet.

The Application and the Site (collectively, the "Service") contain redirects (links) to other websites with a brief description, posted by their users. The contents of these pages may be subject to the copyrights of their respective authors and are protected accordingly. The ABCDino team continuously responds to reports of violations of third party rights by users of the application, taking appropriate measures to remove or disable access to content posted in violation of third party rights. Your access to and use of the Service, whether through the App or the Site or in any other manner that may be made available, is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or otherwise use the Service (collectively, "Users").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of the Terms, then you may not access the Service. Please note that we do not accept any liability other than liability explicitly imposed by law and that you may be held liable for misuse of the Service.

1. General Provisions
Terms used in these Terms and Conditions are defined in the relevant provisions or assigned to them in Section 2 below, unless the context in which they are used unambiguously implies otherwise.

The Terms and Conditions below define the conditions under which Users may use the Application or the Site.

Content published within the Application or the Site is available to all its Users, unless the description of a given functionality provides otherwise. However, only registered Users may make use of the full functionality of the Application or the Site.

The Application and the Site allow the storage and transfer of data by Users. The Company does not initiate the transmission of data, does not select its recipients and does not select or modify the information contained in the transmission. The Company has no knowledge of and does not verify, control or monitor the stored data, with the exception of actions required by law, initiated by authorized entities, in particular actions resulting from knowledge of the unlawful nature of the data. The Company also reserves the right to evaluate the data, in particular with regard to compliance with these Terms and Conditions, according to notifications received.

In order to obtain access to the functionality of the Application or the Site, the use of a device operating under the iOS or Android system, or a web browser that meets security requirements and corresponds to the current state of the art is required, provided that the Company makes the service available in that particular form. In order to obtain full access to the functionalities of the Application or the Site as intended for logged-in Users, registration using the User's email account, other than a temporary or anonymous account, is required. The Company reserves the right to exclude for compelling legitimate reasons the possibility of registration and login of Users using email accounts provided by specific third parties.

The purpose of the Application and the Site is to allow Users to post interesting content about medicines and related topics. Posting content that infringes the rights of a third party, including copyrights, does not constitute an authorized use of the Application or the Site and may result in liability of the posting User to the Company and third parties.

The User acknowledges that content may be posted by other Users within the Application in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and in a manner justified by the purpose of the Application that, due to its particular nature, may induce a sense of displeasure in the User. such as depictions of medical conditions and pathological states.

2. Definitions
Account - pages dedicated and assigned to the User on the Application or the Site, where information about the User and the User's activities on the Application or the Site is collected and presented. A User may have only one account.
Posting: an entry created by the User within the Service containing data entered by the User, in particular a link to a website, image, discussion, etc., of the User's choice. with an appropriate description.

3. Use and registration in the service
The Service may only be used by persons with adequate legal capacity. Registration with the Service may only be made by natural persons.
