Atlascopcosaurus was a genus of herbivorous basal iguanodont dinosaur that lived in the Early Cretaceous in what is now Australia. The name means "Atlas Copco's lizard" in reference to the Atlas Copco company, which provided equipment for the expeditions that discovered this dinosaur in 1984.
It was a huge herbivorous dinosaur that could walk on all fours or two legs. It had an unusual five-fingered hand with a large beak on the thumb at the end of the hand. Its three middle fingers ended in blunt, hoof-like claws, and the fifth finger diverged laterally from the others.
Atlascopcosaurus was estimated to be between 2 and 3 m long and weighed 120 kg.

It was a huge herbivorous dinosaur that probably ate cycad and conifers, as well as the first flowering plants.
