Neuquensaurus was a genus of saltasaurid sauropod dinosaur that lived in the Upper Cretaceous of Argentina and Uruguay in South America about 80 million years ago. It was unearthed from the Anacleto Formation in the vicinity of Cinco Saltos, near the Neuquén River from which it derives its name. The name means "lizard of Neuquén", because of the place where it was found.

It was a relatively small sauropod that possessed armor-like osteoderms. However, it had very long necks, long tails, small heads and four thick pillar-like legs. It was a herbivorous dinosaur that probably fed on conifers, gingkos, seed ferns, cycads, bennettitalean, ferns, mosses and horsetails. It moved on its thick, straight, powerful feet, which were club-shaped with five toes. Its forelimbs were slender and ended in pillar-shaped hands built to support weight.
